In the mature neighbourhood of Killarney, these city blocks are filled with generations of families and its reputable schools and community centre.  Our 4000+ sq. ft. craftsman design home comes with big features such as the front verandah and robust columns.  Being in the City of Vancouver, the design needed to fit urban expressions and less of a country vibe, and we achieve this by articulating the main roof gable design with both the main and upper floor levels.

Modern Craftsman

A wonderful couple from the Renfrew Heights neighbourhood decided it was time to build a new home on their property in Vancouver.  After a couple of initial meetings, we finalize the wishlist and set the parameters for this modern craftsman design!  Like most of our clients, building a new home is a big endeavor but they put their complete trust in our services!  This was evident, especially during the construction stage as they did not deviate from our design!




Loft Bedroom

We continued our services to the same wonderful couple and designed a second building in the Renfrew Heights property.  This unique loft-design laneway house provides the perfect modern lifestyle for any young professional.  Despite its small size, this loft has a sound mix of function and flow!
