We hired Minh from PDDA Ltd. to help manage our building project. I got to know Minh through another project he was involved in, which was rather complex and had a lot of municipal hurdles to jump through. Minh's knowledge of the municipal regulations made everything so much easier.
Alfred Kruger
Minh was fantastic. We came to the point where our children needed separate rooms and needed a new layout for our house. Minh was able to balance our needs and our wants. Minh showed us so much more was possible than we had ever imagined. The end result, a design that added a room and improves the flow and feel of the space.
Raymond Lee
Minh and his team at PDDA took excellent care of our two family vacation house build. We had specific design ideas but also wanted simplicity to help make it easier to build ourselves. Our build team are all first timers and we’ve had no trouble getting plans and adjustments approved by the building department. Thanks very much! We would definitely use PDDA for a future project

Our family had the pleasure of working with Minh on a main house and laneway when the concept was still relatively new in Vancouver. He was incredibly detailed and professional. Always taking the time to answer our questions, navigating the CoV requirements with ease. We couldn't be happier with how our spaces turned out.
Melissa Hayward-Cheung
I've reached out to Minh for several projects. Most notably planning an investment build in a city where I was not familiar with the bylaws. Minh guided me through the feasibility of each of my requirements against budget and ensured everything conformed to all bylaws. He is very meticulous and ensures the investor has all the information needed to make optimal decisions.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Minh in early 2025. We needed to renovate our current home to meet the growing needs of our family. Our home which is over 100 years old has undergone several small renovations over the years resulting in a patchwork home. Needless to say improving the layout was a challenge. Minh’s vision for our home blew us away!

Working with Minh was an exceptional experience from start to finish. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication style made the entire process smooth and efficient. Throughout the design phase, he took the time to understand our family's specific needs and provided thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced our project.

Amy and I have been blessed with working with Minh on our new family house project. He came strongly recommended by our builder and he has exceeded our expectations. Minh’s creativity, dedication to detail and clear communication skills have made the process less stressful than we imagined as this was our first project. Our worries with city requirements were handled with professionalism and resolved to the best outcomes possible.

Minh is professional, thoughtful and meticulous in his designs. My husband and I worked with him in building our home. What a pleasure! He took care to incorporate our special requests as well as consider practical aspects of storage, efficiency and convenience. I highly recommend Minh as an architect.
