Venables Duplex

As a duplex, we utilized a front/back orientation to create an asymmetrical character from every angle viewed from the street. Each unit is optimally designed with the front unit slightly larger and greater street appeal while the back unit offers two large decks facing the backyard.

We successfully submitted the conditional application to the City of Vancouver. This process requires two permit submissions resulting in satisfying the city’s design guidelines.
