Kootenay House

We were challenged with a project to combine style and function x 3. Our client requested a “boxy” look, so we designed a modern structure with clean lines and plenty of 90 degree angles while keeping it minimalistic. Within this architectural work of art, is a secondary suite. As a corner lot, we strategically designed the suite entrance directly facing the adjacent street to enhance curb appeal for the renters. In addition, we also comfortably fit a laneway house on this standard sized lot.
